Editorial Policy

The Sustainability site under the Tokyu Construction website is designed to help all our stakeholders (customers, subcontractors, employees and their families, shareholders and society) learn more about the Tokyu Construction Sustainability Policy and our approach, as well as our initiatives to address issues concerning sustainability. We practice Sustainability Management to help address social issues and create economic value, with the aim of providing new prosperity to our stakeholders as well as to society as a whole, and enhancing our corporate value in a sustainable manner.

Integrated Report The Tokyu Construction Group publishes the Integrated Report to provide shareholders, investors and various other stakeholders with a deeper understanding of how the Group leverages its strengths to create value and achieve sustainable growth. It contains financial information and material non-financial information that impacts our corporate value, compiled in an integrated manner.
Corporate Governance Report The report presents our basic approach to corporate governance and basic information such as capital structure and corporate information; management structure for decision-making, execution and supervision, including the appointment status of outside directors and independent officers; status of investor relations for shareholders and other stakeholders; and our basic internal control system and its status.
Securities Report The information is prepared based on Article 24, Paragraph 1 of Japan’s Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and submitted to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau. It provides detailed information on our financial condition.
