The founding spirit of our Company was to solve social issues in the postwar reconstruction of the nation’s capital. Since then, we have long been involved in urban development as a member of the Tokyu Group, developing a consumer-oriented mindset highly aware of end users in addition to our direct customers.

Construction expertise cultivated over the years

We have contributed to the development of the Shibuya area by completing such projects as infrastructure development at the east exit of Shibuya Station, which includes the construction of an underground area and station plaza; Shibuya Stream; Shibuya Scramble Square Phase I (East Building); and Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Shibuya Station.
